Warranty Statement
We are committed to providing high-quality dehumidifiers to our customers. We offer a 2-year warranty on all parts of our dehumidifiers, starting from the date the goods leave our warehouse.
If any part of your dehumidifier fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of this date, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
This warranty covers parts and reasonable labour costs required to carry out the repair or replacement. It does not cover costs associated with accessing the product for repair or replacement, including but not limited to scaffolding, lift hire, or removal from custom enclosures or difficult-to-reach locations, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, lack of routine maintenance, or any other cause not related to a manufacturing defect.

Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
