Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality dehumidifiers to our customers. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all parts of our dehumidifiers, starting from the date the goods leave our warehouse. If any part of your dehumidifier fails within 2 years from the date the goods leave our warehouse, we will repair or replace the part free of charge. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, or any other non-manufacturing related issues. We stand behind our products and are confident in their quality and performance. Additionally, if your dehumidifier experiences a refrigerant leak or compressor failure within the 2-year warranty period, we will replace the entire dehumidifier. We are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues with our products.

Please note that this warranty is the only remedy available to the customer and that the company is not liable for any other damages or losses. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. The company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
